# i hate gm built cars

FWIW my buddy own/ran an automotive electrical shop for about a decade. VW/Audi cars were easily the worst shit he ever saw. It seems like the day they go out of warranty one of the major electrical systems goes bad.

hyundai has the longest warrenty… biggest pieces of shit… i tow about 4-5 of them a week… no lies… they are junk… i know two of the service guys at bowser by name now… everything else is pretty decent… nissan by far the least amount towed…
american = honda,toyo… but the thing is american cars are 4 years old and have a blown tranny or motor… the 12-15 year old honda’s and toyos have bad altinators or something…
id buy foreign but my dad would disown me… so i stick to american even though i have to recycle earlier… just keep soemthing with a warrenty… it doesnt matter anyway i have had 9 vehicles in 9 years so i dont keep shit long enough to break. i heart my crappy american cars… GM, DODGE, FORD all of them have treated me well. only time i got stranded was because of me beating on sonoma and ripped the yolk out of it…

Might be but from what I have owned Ford was the worst for dying electrically the day after the warranty.

True, when I worked for Shults Ford out in Wexford there were a LOT of electrical related recalls. The tail-light wiring harness in the minivans comes to mind, something in the Focus too.
Of course Fords just had shit tons of recalls in general.

ford products suck for tail lights not working because of the brake sensor thingy… and people not getting them out of park.
