It’s simple… if the car is on a PUBLIC ROAD (your street) it must have a valid inspection, regestration, and be insured. That happened with me, I woke up and had a ticket on my window for a out of date inspection. Like these fuckers were going car to car looking at all that crap. Which reminds me my temp registration is expired also! ---
