adaware is your friend. or a program called spy hunter, but its $20

Check your processes that are running. Most of that stuff runs at startup and will not let you delete it until you stop the processes through task man. You may want to check your registry and see what it added to the run key and delete it from there too so it won’t start when you boot.

msconfig in your start , run box
