# I have a cavity. no dental. what to do?

I was thinking about looking into dental schools to have it fixed. anyone have any suggestions? about how much $ is this going to cost me out of pocket?

ECC does cheap dental work…
But, they are students
Edit: wifie has a business card for them somewhere
Edit2: They might not do fillings i guess based on the website.

A lot of places will do credit/payment plan…
A normal filling can’t be that much money.

take my insurance card and pretend to be me? I have had health and dental and such for years and rarely use any of it. Insurance companies have to love people like me.

me too, i have health ins and havent used it in years, my dental ran out when i turned 25 ☹
its actually a filling that came out when i was chewing a fucking starburst. i dont really even like starbursts. now i hate them

cavity fillings at my place in ea are like $90 and they take payments, i believe. they’re professional and do good work.
i would assume you would also have to pay for an x-ray as well. can’t be that much.
spend $100ish now or be in pain and pay more down the road…

does it actually hurt? I had a tooth filled when I was a kid. It fell out years later and I never had it replaced.

theyll only take you if you have no insurance and its free.

The UB dental school does stuff cheap. Its probably better than someplace like aspen.
