After being stupid for a few months, I have decided to go back to school in the fall at ECC for Fire Prevention Technology. I went to get my transcripts transfered over from UB today, and they won’t give them to me because apparently, I owe them $450 in parking tickets. I’ve only ever received ONE parking ticket my freshman year, and paid it a couple hours after getting it, no problems there. So, they give me a rather lengthy list of all of these parking violations. When looking over them, I happened to notice something rather interesting: apparently, I drive a silver 1998 Mistubishi Eclipse with Colorado plates. Now, I know I’ve owned quite a few cars, more than I care to admit really, but I do not recall ever owning a Mitsubishi, nor do I recall traveling to the state of Colorado to register said vehicle. I explained to the dumb bitch at the parking office (where the transcripts office people sent me) that I have never owned such a vehicle and that I have never even been to Colorado and she says “well, I don’t know what to tell you. I guess if you need your records bad enough you can pay the fines” grrrrr ---

call them back with a made up name and tell them you own that other car and wanted to know how much all the parking tickets add up to? ---

it probably doesnt matter who the car belongs to, it matters who the pass is registered to. Did you leave the pass with an old girlfriend or give it to a friend or something? ---

Bring your pass with you. I would imagine that they keep some sort of record of the cars that are registered to the pass. ---

yeah, I doubt they will do that. They would rather just drop them. I have had parking tickets dropped on the spot. The cute girl at the desk was feeling me and I managed paying less than half of what I owed. ---
