# I have an experiment for anyone who didn't think the plane will take off

hey, like i said i few pages back, teh original question itself states the plane will get forward motion

the plane HAS to get forward motion for the runway to speed up

plane is stationaly, runway is stationary  
plane moves forward at 10mph runway moves back at 10mph

eventualy the plane will be moving forward at take off speed, and the only think slowing the plane down is the extra friction from the wheels doing double speed
