I saw a device on Ebay that you clamp in your tailpipe to make a “turbo whistling” sound. If I put one in each tailpipe will it sound like twin turbo’s?

on a side note…this thread made me think of something that happned last week …kinda similar
on the SVT performance forum…i got a PM from a guy asking how to install gauges…so i was pming back & forth with him trying to get him to understand the installation of the A/F gauge…so he finnally gets it, & then asks…now i need to know about hooking up a boost gauge…my friend just gave one to me…i reply its no good to you unless you turboed or S/C your SVT…he replys Yeah that’s true, O-well it was free! Thanks again

The highpoint of that ad is the diagram of how a turbo works and how hard it is to install. Why spend thousands of dollars on a turbo when you can make a turbo like noise with this POS in your tailpipe. If you have to answer that question MYL club is the place for you.

WTF are you talking about…all I said was those 2 clips sounded like a plastic bag…meaning stupid…Where did I talk about a turbo at all.

That wasn’t a dig at you. The ad where the sound clips are has the diagram that I mentioned. If somebody would rather sound like the have a turbo than have one they are a ricer. MYL club is full of ricers. That is what I was talking about. “you” didn’t mean 05XRunner.
