# i just got f\*cked. what can i do?

^ I did hit that truck, you should’ve checked the carfax on it. It was a very messy accident too, I’m suprised they did such a great job fixing it.

my first mod will be to remove the pieces of solarians car stuck in the grill. after that, OME lift, 32’s, hella 500’s, and e-locker 🐇

If you want to get some revenge you can try contacting OMVIC they are the governing body in the Ontario automotive industry, they set the rules and they will come down hard on anyone that brakes them [http://www.omvic.on.ca/](http://www.omvic.on.ca/)

I work at a dealership, im a sales manager and I can tell you a verbal agreement is as good as shit on a stick LOL with verbal, you have nothing!  
It’s what’s on paper that counts. And from experience I can gaurantee you that sales person sold that truck him self, he had another buyer lined up and that’s why he didn’t want to sell it to you or even collect a deposit.  
You probably wanted to negotiate the price and he had a buyer that was willing to pay the asking price so he sold it to the guy with the longer money. I can’t blame him if that was the case, you would of done the same… it just sucks that it happened to you.

Next time no vebal agreements! Good luck with the next truck bro. Four runners are great trucks.
