So… The story goes as follows… Last night, me and 4 others are hanging out on my friend’s front porch. We realize there is a mini van parked rather close to my front bumper, but from the angle cannot see if it is touching. I assume they hit me, and then pulled forward to make it look like they didn’t. Which is to be expected. We go down to my car and I look out of curiousity to find that the asshole mini van is TOUCHING my bumper. So I get pissed. 3 of the 5 of us approach the house that we believe the van belongs to. A woman answers the door. I ask, “Is that your guys mini van” Only to be met with, “I dunno, let me ask.” So she calls for someone to come to the door. About a minute later, a man approaches the door. I ask him, " Is that your white van?" He says yes. Wonderful. I tell him to move it immediatly off my bumper. While we are walking towards the van he has the nerve to ask “Why, are you leaving?” He is met with various comments about how unethical it is to park ON someones car like that. He doesnt get it. :rolleyes: He says that he didnt want to block the driveway in front of the van so he lightly backed into my car. Then again, justifying what he did by saying he backed into my car gently. He gets in the car on the passenger side, crawls to the drivers side and ‘peels out’ in the powerful mini van and turns around. Making a scratch noise as he comes off my bumper. Meanwhile we are looking for damage. He asks if there is any. We say yes there is. He has the nerve to say to 5 PEOPLE that we have to prove it was him. 🤣 So I get his drivers liscence amd plate number. His name is Hershal. So we go have an awesome time at the 311 concert. In the morning My boyfriend and I go outside to see if we can see anything we missed at night when it was dark. And we do. Stress cracks in the paint and a new dent. My car is in nice shape and dents and dings are few and far between. So as we are talking outside about insurance and police reports, when a younger boy fron the same house in another minivan pulls up and while parallel parking in a space HITS another car, pulls out and parks elsewhere. While he is walking into the house he is met with rude comments from me and my boyfriend and doesnt say a word to us. Not a minute later Hershal comes out and we confront him yet again. He has made enemies. He will not apologize for my car, but will for the car his nephew just hit… that isnt either of our cars! Story to be continued. . . Fucking Assholes. ---

I am furious just hearing your story. People like that PI$$ me off!! I would proboly end up coming home drunk one night and accidentally running a screwdriver down the side of the car. But thats just me ---

i’m having visions of me kciking his rear quarter in… or going the screwdriver route… i actually called that last night prior to even talking to him. what a fucking asshole… i’m like… " you just hit her car… how logical is that?" and he’s like “that’s what front bumpers are for” and i was liek “NO that’s waht fucking insurance is for” and he’s like “now who’s raising their voice? " and i was like " I am MOTHER FUCKER” FUCK that mother fucker ---

damn. I learned my lesson with bumpers. People use them to park. I molded a front lip to my bumper and smoothed and shaved the rear. Now theyre all cracked and fucked up from motherfuckers that dont give a shit when theyre park! aaaaaaaaaaahhhhh! fuck. I’m def going back to stock. ---

the problem with that is that these poeple don’t give a fuck… you could crumple their front end… as long as it gets them to cash their disability check and filler up with 86 octane they’re golden. fuckin cheap ass low class asshole mother fuckers. ---

at least you got proof and probably a name/address if revenge is neccessary. Some jackass hit my truck a few winters back and ditched. It was directly on the side of the bed, so it had to of been hit in a practically T-bone manner. It just so happens straight dead ahead from where it was parked is a garage that i know houses the car of a 16 yr old girl. They would not let me see the car in the garage and the father was an asshole. Now I’m bitter again. ---

I just got off the phone with my insurance company. (USAA) and the lady on the phone was laughing so hard when I was telling her the things he did and said. She couldn’t make sense of it either. She said someone will be calling Hershal and myself this week to get things straightened out. 🙂 It won’t be paid for by me because I wasn’t driving! 🙂 Hope Hershal doesn’t have deductables. ---

Repairing/repainting ur whole bumper is gonna be at least $600 ---
