We used this place on a referral from two friends who had recently bought homes. Randy Lynch Allstate Home Environmental & Household Testing Services (not affiliated with Allstate ins.) 716 731 9621 877 332 9621 NYS Lic#16000005420 Awesome & personable guy. Very knowledgable. Spent ~3.5 hours with us on our 1600 sqft house. IIRC, it was ~$275. They also do mold & lead testing as well as remediation.
