I have found a 95 s14 and wanted to know how much the market value for it is. It is a stock engine but also has intake, turbo, exhaust Lowered, 1 inch above ground s15 front end body kit rims racing seats CF hood What would you guys price this car as? It is quoted at around 15K ---

How many K’s? Whats the body like? Any rust? Under body? Is it the original KA or has it been Swapped? Does hit have a clean title? Any accidents? What turbo setup is it? Value is determined by the consumer. ---

15k is too high, need details on the KA-T setup. Be specific, what kind of rims, kit etc. ---

if it’s 15k OBO… settle for around 9,000 - 10,000 especially if the frame and body are in good shape with pretty much next to nothing for rust. good luck. ---

its a stock engine with a turbo? Then its not so stock is it? lol but yah, id price it around 8000 especially since we live in Canada. lol ---

haha 15k? this has to be a joke 03/04 350z’s are selling for 15-20 thousand now with less than 100k on them. Making almost all s14’s even with an sr worth under 10k. they would need to be mint with 300hp to be worth 15k ---

the front end alone is 1500-2000 ---

Considering rims can be worth anywhere from $500-$3000 USED and seats can be $500 a pair or $2000 a piece it is fair to say we need specific specs. The S15 conversion is pretty pricey as well. ---

Even if he had a pair of seats worth $4000 and a set of rims worth $3000. That wouldn’t add $7000 to the value of his car. And the S15 front end won’t add $2000. If life were like that, you wouldn’t need a visa card. But we really need to see pics and have more specific specs on the car. ---

Never said that I’m just making it clear that he needs to post specs. If I sold a car with OEM GTS-T rims or Volk TE37’s it would affect the price. This guy can have APC or w.e seats with Motegi rims and Federal tires. He could have Bride seates with Work VS-XX and Advan AD07 tires. $15000 for an S14 is still very steep ---

15gs is kinda expensive. but prob cost u the same to do it. s14 if the frame is not rusted to shit. w/s15 front end. ka-t . fullbodykit/ repaint? or just kit painted? seats most likely nonames. # id give it add value of: add value not the actual used cost value. $1000 S15 front–part out used cost $ 2000 $5000 S14 chassis------------------$5000 $400 bodykit-----------------------$500 $500 t25 kat-----------------------$1000 $200 cf hood-----------------------$400 $500 coilovers? shocks?------------ $600 $200 noname brand seats-----------$350 $1000 fresh paintjob----------------$1500-2000 $ZERO LABOUR---------------------$2500 problably if he paid some shop to install everythn even a seat. $9000 total ----------------------$14,350 so i can see how he wants 15gs. if he paid all new prices thats his loss and wuld be like 20gs. lol thats my guestimate 🙂 hope i helped ya out. ---

People are too cheap to mod their own cars and put the money into building it. They just want to buy an already built car for the price they would buy a stock one. After taxes you’ll prob spend 20k+. I’ve shopped for a 350z for 6 months and was targeting that price range and I came across a lot of lemons/rebuilt ones. I ended up buying one for a bit over 20k w/ warrenty still w/ a clean title and got lucky buying it as i was the first to put a depo from the dealer. if you bought one within that price range and it was a mint clean title one then you got lucky and thats a special case. i’m just stating a point that its easy to say this and that and give false assumptions when you never went through it. /end rant ---

Making almost all s14’s even with an sr worth under 10k. they would need to be mint with 300hp to be worth 15k i am in this boat now and i actually disagree. a good condition Kouki S14 with a clean motor swap and smart mods is still worth more than $10k moreover… from an investment point of view, the Kouki S14 will still be worth $10k+ 2 years from now whereas the Z will lose another $3k-$5k in value. zenki’s maybe not, but Kouki’s are still hard to get in good shape and a clean SR swap will always be worth a few grand in a clean chassis. ---
