Okay I have made contact with Councilmen Bonifacio’s office. I’m going to try and get a ordinance going in the city of Buffalo for cats. Just like dogs… This sis not going to happen over night. But I’m really going to fight for this in the city of Buffalo… City of Buffalo you can only own 3 dogs and they must be licensed. So I’m going to push for the same for cats. I know it sounds dumb as hell. But something needs to be done and I’m not giving up on this matter. If I have to pay for my dog to have a license and be on a leash. So should people who own cats. ---

Well seeing that killing them is a bad idea and I don’t feel right doing it (Owner yes). But I think I’m going to go get a trap after class tonight and bait the fvckers. I totally agree, I’ve seen countless animal cruelty cases where 50 cats are starving and eating each other in an abandoned house. How about any more than 2 or 3 cats and you’ll need them to be licensed? ---

You should be able to pick it up at Pets Mart. I would call the SPCA and see if you can borrow one of theirs. What street is this on in N.Buffalo? My buddys neighbor has the same shit going on on Windspear in N. Buffalo. Cats EVERYWHERE. Keep in mind that if you go the poisen route, that you may end up cleaing up dead cats off your car instead of cat shit. ---
