Maybe you can walk around in public with a handgun you took photos of 4 years ago. Then pick the dude up in front of cameras, make a quick stop to get some snacks, then go to a random field in a rental car… pop off a couple rounds, leave a shell in your car and return it like nothing happened.
One thing, make sure to bust all the cameras after!

Although they are not exciting, the closing details are what I was hoping to happen.
He did not pay his phone bill so it was temporarily deactivated.
He called me and apologized. He will be returning the hoist within a couple days.
But what is hilarious is the fact that my google voice account is blowing up with missed calls, texts, and voicemails from him begging for the non existent V8 swap parts.

I would suggest rather than waiting for him to get it, you ask someone with a truck to go with you and get it sooner rather than later. sounds like his track record isn’t good.

I really dont give two shits about the hoist. This whole issue has to do with getting property back from someone who lacks proper lending/borrowing etiquette… and he also has my radiator.
He actually lacks quite a bit more than that…
