thats pretty cool TJ… i was wondering about those things. I couldnt see why they wouldnt work. Maybe when i get my c5 vette ill be buying one of those. 🆒

it will be in a week… fuck-nugget.
Motor is in, rad is hooked up, turbo is on, just have to finish IC plumbing. Install fuel pump, AFC, and cut the shit out of my front bumper for the Blitz FMIC.
On a side note: I think im picking up my wheels tonite.

that rear mount turbo kit is stupid
cant use subframe connectors
and hit something in the road insted of just smashing a pipe you lose your whole turbo

You pay for what you get. . . Personally I’d pick this setup and will put money down which one is more efficient.
Thats only 8-10psi on a stock 346ci bottom end LS1, I guarantee on 6psi it’ll rape that backyard mechanics rear mounted turbo kit. Nice lil 9.60 pass on 8-10. . .
BTW, that specific engine isn’t in the specific car but its the same setup. . .

was 11psi, 92 octane only, water in the intercooler tank

was 16psi, 115 octane, and ice in the intercooler tank

Not my car. Its a buddy’s up in dayton, oh. . . The CE isn’t gonna be a pure drag car, kinda a mixture between a super fast street car and somewhat of a show/drag car. He has another setup for another car he owns. I can’t find the pic for the setup, but its a 382 w/ a T88 on it. Target weight for the car is 2800lbs so the fooker should scream once they get that done. Something like 120+lbs injectors :eek3: Maybe 130+ I coulda heard wrong.
But back to the CE, he is upgrading the twins from the t3/4 35 to the T3/4 37. both I think are 48 turbine housings, but don’t quote me on that. He doesn’t wanna hack the car up with a monstrous cage, so he wants to keep the 6 point, run 10s at tracks that are nazi’s and mid 9s at tracks that don’t care. The T88 car will be the race car, obviously.
