you might want some liability if people are going to be working on there cars in the building. play it safe dude. these days everyones looking for a lawsuit. no offense to cossey thats a different story. ---

I would think liability insurance would be needed in order for you to rent space out, but I aint no lawyer. Place def has potential, good luck. ---

Actually I talked to the agent and I’m good with what I have now. Since I’m subletting there isn’t too much that comes down on me. As this ball gets rolling I will go back and check a few more boxes to make it more and more legit. Its not setup as an actual business right now but I can make by with how it is. ---
