In terms of a “garage” the place is just fantastic. Everything from the coating on the floors, the overhead retractable air/nitrogen/electric lines, the shelf organization… Something that looks that clean ---

I only have 2 people renting for spots and 2 people renting the “workspace” without the car storage. To make rent I need a minimum of 3 storage and 4 workspace. To make money I need 4 people into the storage side. ---

You have to take the good with the bad, and always look at the upside. Consider this a place where you get to keep and work on your projects without being in a hurry and if others are there, then they just cut down on your cost. If you look at it that way, you will be happy even if there is one person there, may not be the best business strategy, but the old rule is true, don’t expect a net profit until you’re a few years in, or a hooker. I personally _have_ to have more space, to the point that I’m looking to buy a house just so I can have the proper room to fit everything. I almost don’t care what it costs me (within limit) as long as it’s setup properly and I’d be very satisfied with a spot like yours. Just keep your head up and fix the Subi. ---

I bought some more toys for the shop. Blasting cabinet and paint gun. Hopefully some incoming freshmen want a place to work on their cars during the winter.
