# I said I thought it could be done. So I decided to prove it

Actually I talked to the agent and I’m good with what I have now. Since I’m subletting there isn’t too much that comes down on me.

As this ball gets rolling I will go back and check a few more boxes to make it more and more legit. Its not setup as an actual business right now but I can make by with how it is.
