Im under a 10% pay reduction as of xmas. Despite my team doing really well and making alot of money for the company. :roll:

I am not overly worried we do such a wide range of IT services…I think a lot of companies that deal with smaller/select markets will have issues…

Wage freeze until otherwise noted.
We have already had one shut down week (basically use vacation or take no pay). I suspect a week a quarter this year.
I still havent recieved any of the “usual” stock awards yet.

I never had 401k match so … but I/we lost all parties… there was 3 a year
no raise, no bonus… and I have to pay for my health insurance (1% but I still need to pay) but yet I have been granted unlimited overtime and my company just banked one of its best years yet (more then a billion in gains this year)… I dont know what they are doing

Yea I was talking about I need to enjoy it as I am quitting my job to go back to school full time.

Haven’t had a raise in 5 years even though I’ve been promoted twice, stopped 401k matching 7 years ago, health insurance went from being 100% covered to having to pay 25%, co-pays have gone up, coverage has gotten worse, loss dental coverage.
AND WE ARE BUSIER AND GROWING FASTER THAN WE EVER HAVE IN THE COMPANIES 30 YEAR HISTORY! guess the crappy market can dictate how “generous” the boss has to be. :gotme:

I didn’t lose anything.
I do however have more work to do for the same pay. I have to do QC inspects on the new techs for free. I’ve done 1 in the past week as a protest!
As a company, we didn’t have a Christmas party. I missed my free booze!
