The Evo was .2 seconds slower and the track was wet when the Evo ran. (and it has 4 seats/doors) It looks like TVR finally got it right though. ---

No, but you clearly pointed out that the “Evo was .2 slower around the track” Which you clearly were talking about Top Gear. Which was the FQ400. Every evo I know, has had reliability problems, but last I checked this was about a hot, expensive, rare car, not a silly japanese car. ---

I guess I got a factory freak but then again I only built mine to have about 380awhp and put 44,000 miles on it so maybe it is not a fair comparison. Oh wait, my radio did fail so maybe it was a bad car. You are also right when you say hot, expensive car so if spending money and looking “hot” are your priorities then the TVR is for you. You should sell them.😛 ---

Ok, faster than the top of the line factory evo around a race track, faster in a straight line, higher top speed, lighter, more nimble, a better suspension, better looking, better interior, higher revving and a better engine. Happy? Mitsubishi blows. There, I said it, I’m a Diamond Star hater. Oh, but it does make 5hp LESS than the mitsu! (And gets better gas mileage). And I’d GLADLY sell TVR’s.
