im no genius, but if there is no contract (which I am assuming there probably isn’t), then how is there a breach in contract ---

I was just saying, if there was some sort of agreement, even an oral contract, that is a breach. An oral contract is legally binding. If party X says he will sell an LT1 to party Y and after said transaction, it turns out that X duped Y into buying a different product than advertised, then Y legally has the right to a complete refund. ---

You bought an L99 (I think thats what it is ) instead of an LT1. From the external appearance they are virtually identical, very hard to tell the difference unluss you know casting numbers or tiny other tid bits to clue you in. ---

Not all caprices came with LT1s. Some were the 4.3 V8’s (as discovered), others had 305’s or non-LT1 350’s. ---
