how do u get time off a new jail term just because of you old jail term for something different when both were actualy crimes you commited? does that mean if you kill someone and do 20 years, you can go kill someone else and get 20 years MINUS a 20 year credit for your previous 20 years you served ? yes … serve one get one free jail sentances in white city ! ---

If I printed a bunch of lotto tickets and ripped off a bunch of scratch offs then they hand me a credit card I would cash them out… if they had the credit out first then asked for tickets I would say no.
