Just doing the math on parting out my coupe in a few big chunks since there has been interest in the car but not as a whole… and i get it, it’s not easy to blow $11k+ at once on something like this but in chunks of a few grand it’s much easier on you guys. Interested to see if anyone wants the motorset. It was bought mid-last year and after opening it up for the cams and HG install it appears to have had less than 30,000km’s on it. the factory hash marks could be seen on the cylinder head and a lot of the parts appeared literally brand new. Chris St. John did the work (canadiandrifter240sx) so he can vouch for it. If someone wants to pay fair market or possibly slightly less for the whole motorset i would probably part the thing… I keep thinking about driving it this year and it’s just not very reasonable… which doesnt mean that i won’t 🙂 Would take under $4k for it, but has to be over $3k net of un-installation… Motor is in the car and can be viewed, run, tested etc. Here are the details taken from the for sale thread for the car: S13 SR20DET blacktop Fully reharnessed Inside: Apexi HG seal sprayed ARP headstuds HKS Step 1 Cams - 256 intake - 264 exhuast Otherwise internally stock 324whp @ 14psi (SG Tuned) Outside: K&N big intake kit Garrett GT2817R .64 a/r turbo charger (freshly resealed from Precision Turbo) Taka turbo lines Stainless gaskets - Block to Manifold - Manifold to turbo - Turbo to elbow Stainless manifold – heat wrapped ARP manifold studs x 9 (turbo to manifold, turbo to elbow) Stainless 3” turbo extension’ Deatchwerks 650cc injectors (discontinued) Chromed SR20DET intake manifold Polished valve cover Splitfire coilpacks BKR6E plugs Samco hoses SARD water temp bung Nismo engine and tranny mounts ACT stage 3 sprung street strip clutch Unknown lightened flywheel, 11lbs approx, balanced. i dont have the stock parts… you guys buy the motorset as it is with the AEM and split it up amongst yourselves… if you want to get it closer to stock you can part it down… hock some bits on zilvia and get the stock equivalents + cash… don’t go back too close to stock though… at least get a T28 and an Enthalpy tune… let jim have the 2871R and the AEM… he’ll need these injectors too 🙂 And brian, the ground connection is good on this one 😉 ---
