So, I’m looking for some new shoes to get. I stumbled on shoes called Ice Cream shoes. Does anyone have a pair? I am curious if theyre only the shoes to get for style or are they actually comfortable to wear for a long time. Any recomendations? Usually I wear skating shoes as they feel the best to me. I’ve had DC, Nike, Vans and the most recent pair I got are DVS. I prefer thicker softer sides and leather shoes. They dont have to be smooth leather(helps not show scuffs and scratches as much), something like suede would be best for me. I like a really soft gummy sole on my shoes. Who’s got what? ---

I think thats Pharrell’s (Hip Hop artist/ producer) shoe line. Not positive though. ---

Ice Creams There are two types of 'em… The first generation was created by Pharrell Williams, they did pretty well and at this time Pharrell and Japanese designer Nigo were promoting their clothing label BBC, which I think stood for Billionaire Boy’s Club… Again, about the same time Nigo rocked the ill Sponge Bob neckpiece. Anyways, the first generation ones came in a genuine ice cream looking box that is actually pretty cool. But then for $300 a pair, that isht should come with some diamond encrusted laces. Just my opinion though. Later on I noticed that Reebok perhaps bought a stake in this outfit, and prices dropped big time and the shoes were now $75. This was likely due to the lack of ballers out there with a questionable taste in kicks. BUT I don’t think you get the tight a$$ box. I thought the brand was an interesting concept but just don’t think it’s worth it to blow $75, let alone $200-400 on this type of stuff. ---
