# Idiots get owned in Washington State for trying to make a drift video.

Uh huh… sure those laws apply to parking lots. That’s why WNY SCCA can have unregistered and uninspected cars running 60mph+ while spinning and roasting the tires in the middle of Williamsville at ECCN and the APD does nothing.

It’s a gray area.
