# Idle Adjust

hey, my KA is idling a little higher then i want it to…how do i adjust it? and what do you recommend for a good idle speed?

I believe the stock IDLE is 750rpm if I’m not mistaken. That’s what mine is at too…

right now mine is about 1300rpm…i dont really like it that high…how would i adjust it down?

Theres an Idle adjustment screw on the lower left side of your throttle body, on the passenger side. Turn it clockwize to lower idle and counter clockwize to increase the idle.

All praises go to GoNaD who came over and taught me a whole tonn of sh\*t about the 240’s.

these guys are awesome and know their cars…now if they knew for cheap paint/bodywork we would be in business…lol
