the only reason im posting again in this thread is to state that i just had another lady who came in 10 minutes before we opened, claiming her phone was broken and wanted us to fix it. i take her phone, put it down on the counter and turn it on. “what did you do?!?!” "i turned it on. “ohhhh how dod you do that?” “i…hit…the button…that says power” if i wasnt actually dealing with these people i wouldnt believe it myself. ---
