Arm wrestled back in Nov, got tennis elbow, out of the gym for 2 weeks…

More drunken arm wrestling last Sat night. Guess what? More tennis elbow. No upper body work for 2 weeks or so. If you catch me doing it, hit me, then remind me of this email.

drunken armwrestling leads to alot more pain. I just went to a big armwrestling practice the other day in guilderland, and my buddy gave me his old armwrestling table.
