I’d have to satisfy this answer with 3 cars. First up, I’d finish off my Mustang with the mentality of bringing new tech to an old boxy car. 2011 GT drivetrain, full blown coil-over suspension, new paint, seats, etc. Basically, an 11 second streetable Fox body that can turn, is comfortable, and would make me like the car once again.

Then, restomod a '57 Thunderbird…probably with a modern modular drivetrain. Something to cruise in in some style.

And lastly, the Ferrari 458 simply because it’s stunning in so many ways.
