Just about every business is “illegal” then. What difference does that make? Some are openly so about it, some are less. The recent case about the banks laundering criminal money and the older case about them supporting terrorists groups yet nothing coming out of it are interesting enough too. I still see no substance to you labeling businesses as “illegal” that hire illegal aliens so what? Crack down and stop them from doing so, otherwise the illegal problem isn’t being resolved any time soon. Businesses in this country are saints though and prosecuting them for just trying to make a buck in the capitalist structure is a socialist act in itself. After all, their sole and _only_ job is to make money… ---

For the record it’s rarely a criminal with a gun thats all the fuss is about. 9000+ deaths a year are from gang violence and them killing each other. Few care. It’s when some white “law obeying” kid goes nuts and shoots up a theater or a school is when people care… Only reason illegals are still here is because they bring people money. Businesses are happy because they pay pennies on the dollar for them and they don’t or can’t complain. Government is happy because they get billions in revenue from them just buying things. Plus government is well aware that spoiled Americans won’t ever fight for a job that a Mexican takes, otherwise our unemployment would be in next to nothing. Illegals don’t sit on welfare and they don’t get unemployment. They are quite profitable and useful for those people in power (business owners/politicians). Good luck having this changed. ---

Let me ask you this. When you make a mistake, how do you go about fixing it? Example, your house caught fire and half burned up. How do you start to fix it? Its simple. You remove the damaged, burned up shit in your way. (the illegals) Then you assess the situation at hand to rebuild. (you need 100 acers farmed, in 2 months. it will take 2200 man hours…) You know you will need help, you ask your neighbor, and your friends. (put an add in help wanted) You all start to work on rebuilding the house, your neighbor is a lazy fuck and cant paint a wall to save his life tell him to get lost. (fire the lazy shit heads on the farm) Now you had to hire a contrator to pick up the slack, dude rocks and its coming out better than expected! (no shit, you found a good employee who added value to your farm and you pay them accordingly!). House is rebuilt. (100 acers are farmed) Now you are done with the house. (crops are completed) You fixed the house better than it was prior to the fire. (crops are much better than the first go around) BOTH ARE SOLD AT A BETTER PROFIT! Now the important part. How will you keep from burning the house down again? (how will you not fall behind on the farm) You dont skimp on quality wiring throughout the next house so it doesnt catch fire again! (you focus on hiring better workers, compensating them better to drive them to work better) Like you said though, people too often settle for second best, or “good enough”. So the work ethic sinks. The government follows suit, its easier to look the other way and still get “some” money in the pocket… than it would be to put in the extra effort to raise the bar and put a little extra in the pocket afterwards. without a doubt, the ENTIRE downfall to ALLLLLLLLLLLL of these problems, even the gun shit, is this. TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT IS THE AMERICAN WAY. Citizens and Government. Gas dependency Debt crisis(s) Global Warming Ridiculous policies Immigration Welfare Social Security Pensions Education Budgets etc. Fact is, you can’t stop Mexican illegal immigration, if they want to come here they will find a way and they will always have a job as businesses love to take them. Just consider yourself lucky you only have one border to worry about. On the other hand there are plenty of men that will get paid just to marry women from overseas until they get their citizenship, then a sudden divorce. Entirely “legal” loophole which gets people from other places in the world. We’ve always been a melting pot, and through a lot of history it was illegal immigration and only thing that’s staying constant is that we are in fact still a melting pot. Just wait until there is going to be a huge Asian influx into Americas again and Mexicans won’t look that bad anymore. ---

I am not saying stop anything. Nothing will ever come to a halt, absolute nothing is certain in life. Just work at reducing it the best you can. Give the farms subsidation (sp) to make up for the “I can’t afford quality labor” bullshit excuses, AND FOLLOW THROUGH with checks and balances. Make it worth it again to work harder at something to better yourself. That’s the point. The marriage thing… make those people fit a criteria that is ILLEGAL and enforced. If they can flip a switch and bans some movie looking guns… do this too! If you marry in a non US citizen, then don’t remain married for say 5 years, or don’t prove your worth in this country after a hasty devorce, ya get the boot back! So you’re saying stricter laws work? :rofl ^ Ideal scenario - all illegals leave the country tomorrow. What happens now? Major drop in tax revenue. Major rise in cost of goods. Unemployment will drop by a small margin as many of those jobs pay less than maximum unemployment payout. Major shortages of labor all over, forcing businesses to raise the wage offer even more resulting in even bigger prices. Slight drop in criminal activity (most of them are here to work) Drop in drug smuggling. More unemployment in border control and ICE enforcement as they arent needed anymore in vast numbers. That’s not a pretty picture and hardly solves anything. I’m sure there are more points to cover but that should do it for now. ---

If the laws arent inplace to start that chain of events thats a different story. Yes flip the switch. Candy coating “change” got us obamas dick up our asses. Fucking send it! I mean, hey lets just call it a “message of necessity” and get it done overnight! I am ALL FOR the “bad side effects” that would undoubtably be short term (1,5 years maybe). Becasue you have to hit a brick wall at some point to start over. If my taxes go up $62 a check, my milk goes up to $4 a gallon a week, I wont cry about it becasue I see the greater good to the process. And in a years time most people would have forgoten shipping a bunch of illegals out were the casue of the hike. When you want to rebuild a new skyscraper, what do you have to do?
