modified plates are in fact iligal. the entire plate must be showing at all times on the highest and furthest forward portion of the car GT ---

my exhuast is loud (prolly louder than yours), my car is slammed, my plates are bent, my bumper is falling off, i have no horn, my tires are bald, and i dont have dtrl’s or working corner lights on any corner… and my car was even louder when it had a ka never ever been pulled over for my car or driving ---

i dont wear a front plate, i have an FMIC, slammed not too loud, and my wheels arent on yet but i drive like a friggin moron. interesting though, most of the times when i get tickets it was innocent enough i was just cruising along minding my own business.
