# I'm doing Relay for Life at UB, support wanted...

Whats up everyone,

I recently signed up for this marathon sponsored by the American Cancer Society called Relay for Life. The event takes place over a 12 hour period and the goal is to have one member of your team going around the track throughout the night.

The purpose of the event is to raise money for cancer research. I’m sure cancer has touched every one on here in some way, shape, or form. Personally, I lost a very close family friend when I was in Jr. high school. He also happened to be my fathers best friend of 20 years, and I can still remember how it changed him to this day.

In any case, any support that everyone could show would be a big help. I appreciate it and I’m looking forward to participating this weekend.
