looks pretty clean. what year is this 83? no rust it seems. if its over 30 years old you can put a classic plate on and get cheap insurance iirc. ---

And its an 89… The only way I would put a classic/collector plate on anything is if I owned an Anniversary Edition or a Shiro Special ---
