i got my ticket for unauthorized speed contest on friday and my appearance date to plead guilty or not guilty is tomorrow at 9 in the morning! wtf i have school tomorrow so idk what to do… am i gonna get introuble if i skip the time and go in later that day like when i get out of school at 12 since albany courts opened til 5? should i just take it to my lawyer or what? im kinda freaking out right now because i dont wanna 1.) lose my license 2.) lose my car 3.) get introuble more then i already am for skipping the court date. ---

or, email/call your professor and tell them you have to go to court and ask if there is anything you can do. ---

I would miss class cause if you miss court you wont have a license to get to class ---

yea i have economics so its not that big of a deal i guess… i kinda wanna just take it right to my lawyer first and see what she can do because im sure she will call the court and tell them whats up. why is my court date so soon to plead guilty or not guilty?? only 3 days? thats weird. i have never had anything less then 2 weeks with my other tickets ---

Skip court for HVCC? Did you take some stupid pills lately? Yea, you skip your court date and you are screwed. If you do decide to use the “I had class” as an excuse, please take a picture of the Judge’s face and post it. Thanks. Court is 3 days after ticket was issued? I’d be concerned. Typically you have time to mail the ticket in instead of going to court? ---

ya it is weird, just plead not guilty , never go with guilty if ur going to court thats silly and miss class dude, i cant believe u were gonna miss court to go to class LOL ---

haha yea well i was planning on pleading not guilty. but ive never had to show up to court before thats why im kinda confused because they usually just get dropped or i just take them to my lawyer and she takes care of everything. ---

its albany court. my lawyer is good friends with the da so that should help a little bit. yea i thought i got away but then i looked behind me and he was right there. yea im pissed the evo took the turn i was gonna take to get away but then i was like fuck and just kept going straight. ---
