It’s not a right to work state, but that really only relates to Unions.

It is “employment at will”

_Since 1891, Pennsylvania has subscribed to the theory of employment at will. Thus, as the court noted in Stumpp v. Stroudsburg Municipal Authority 540 Pa. 391, 396 (1995), "as a general rule, employees are at-will, absent a contract, and may be terminated at any time, for any reason or for no reason._

I don’t know what kind of drugs you’re on, but most people I know have to search high and low for a good job in Pittsburgh. Maybe I should get on the same stuff so I can get 3 job offers in Pgh (I think that would be 50% of the total job openings) and make 30% more money.
