I am sooo subscribed to this.  
someone school me on HP tuners—for example how do you go and replace an epa approved emissions program with one that isnt- and the epa doesnt get thier undies in a knot? I was under the impression that from the 1990 clean air act that an approved system could not be changed? and a real/registered shop is doing this??
