# impaired operation of vehicle ...

thats not conclusive if they didn’t detect any alcohol or do any pupil tests or blood analysis (at a hospital)

I’ve done some 24hr shifts before where I not only had to drive to and from but also do countless difficult things during the “day”… after which I would have had no hope of doing such a walking/thinking test
