No i meant if you ever fucking get off the internet and meet the “assholes” of this site you’ll find that no one gives a shit what you drive or how many cylinders it has. you’re a knewb because you dont know this and think that everything on the internet is true.

TRUE…its all for the hell of it…what I say I mean but I definitely don’t hold anything against anyone. I keep it here…its car talk BS and in person I will BS you about how funny these threads are but who REALLY cares. Most of you guys I like and will talk to even if you don’t like my ride :tounge: …I think that goes for most of us.

Ok, so new members aren’t allowed to post? That makes a hell of a lot of sense to me. I mean, we all know that all of the important and knowledgable people are already on the site. There can’t possibly be anyone else out there that could contribute something useful here… especially in the off-topic forum.

Calm down killer. Judging by post counts, I’d say you were the one that’s on the Internet more often.
And guess what, you’re right. I don’t know these people in real life (although I’ve met a few of them, and none were as arrogant or insecure enough to quickly resort to insults as you). All I know is that I read a thread on here with bunch of useless arguing over 4 vs 8 cylinders, domestics vs imports, etc. I commented on what I agreed with in the thread and I got yelled at for it. As for your insults, keep going if it makes you feel better. I haven’t heard an “adult” talk like that since the last time I saw a clip from Jerry Springer.

See now this is a useful post. At least you explained it in an adult manner rather than acting like an angry 6th grader.
That makes sense. It was my mistake then that I didn’t know people were arguing for the hell of it. You have to agree though… I hear so much arguing over which is better than the other. It gets very old…

if you think i’m quick to insult then i feel bad for what you’re in store for.
besides, have a beer with any of the ones saying “imports suck, v8s suck” and tell them you have the opposite of what they like and they’re going to say “that’s cool good luck” no ones gonna argue the type of car.

Well you did start swearing at me and insinuating I have no life… but I’m not here to argue.
I’d love to have a beer and talk cars with anyone from a new crowd. I love getting outside perspective on cars. I’ve owned both a V6 and a V8 before. I can’t say I’ve owned an import, but only because my Uncle was a GM Exec, so we always got great deals on GM vehicles. I don’t have anything against imports though… they seem way more reliable to me.
Again, my mistake if I misunderstood the community. I didn’t think I was being harsh about it though… I simply said that I agreed that fast is fast, whatever you drive.

Haha… ok. Sorry. Just don’t want to start off in a bad spot. Didn’t want people thinking I was a total dick… little bit maybe, but not total. 
I’m just trying to get familiar with the forum here since I’m going to be looking for help with some projects. Figured this place would be a good resource for information and advice on shops.
