i made a mistake but can someone please explain what I actually did wrong? I waited to merge into a lane then made the right turn. How is that improper? I wouldnt have even posted if the officer would have gave me some kind of explanation. Im sure everyone has done exactly what I did.

yes I was going to but problem was to many cars infront of me. While sitting there for a half hour you should have seen the cars doing illegal things and the officer just shaking his head and yelling at them but no one stopped.

man i love all these people who get pulled over by buffalo cops. iv lived in south buffalo for 22 years and have been driving here for 6 years, never have i been pulled over in buffalo for anything. dont do something wrong and you wont have a problem PERIOD

ok and again ill repeat, what did i honestly do wrong seeing the officer couldnt explain to me what an improper right turn is, if he was described what i did wrong ok fine ill pay the fine but seeing he didnt im complaining

Not many people fight BPD and win. Your case seemed pretty clearcut though.
Was it dismissed because the judge believed you, or dismissed because the cop didn’t show?

The best part is… I didnt even ask my lawyer for help, I presented all the facts of what happened and the violation and the officer couldnt give a reason for giving the ticket because he “didnt remember exactly what I did” I also questioned him on his descretion and he said he was having a bad day.

I did have some fun listening to the amusing cases. The one guy didnt have his 3 year old child in a baby seat and tried pleading not guilty even though he got a ticket last year for the same thing. And the lady who had tint and feel she was doing nothing wrong so she shouldnt have been pulled over even though she had 14% tints.
