Thats funny. Lets not punish the guard for leaving the gate open and letting the dog loose… But hey, lets add charges to the inmates sentence. Obviously trying to escape the poor living conditions. Doesn’t it look like he’s taking a leek off the roof? ---

Collins was being at the Erie County Holding Center on charges including resisting arrest, escape 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. In 2006, he jumped out of the third floor of Buffalo Police Headquarters while nude. While Collins will likely face more charges related to his alleged attempted escape, the deputy who allegedly did not properly lock the door will face a disciplinary procedure. ---

I was on the 190 during this and the Sheriff chopper was hovering around the holding center. Now I know why.
