my uncle was a richmond city police officer who graduated from ecc. In 1982 he was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop by someone who snuck out of the backseat, snuck up behind him and shot him in the back fo the head. That is why whenever a cop seems uneasy or acting very precausious of me, i dont ever think twice about it.
