why are you putting a new one on to start with…did it walk off before… if it did you may need a new set of gears and pullys… i had a b18 that did the same thing untill i put a new pump on. then it fixed the “walking”

its all new

new belt, new pump, new tensioner, new spring…  
NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW STUFF and its walking.
