it looks like my new toy is how shall we say emissions lacking… It will pass on NYs computer, car is a 98 Any farsighted people on here inspect cars? Compensation provided PM me details Looking to get this done in the next week to week and a half Thanks in advance! ---

Every OBD2 inspection I’ve ever had has overlooked if the car had a cat(s) or not. ---

alot of work but. take some old cats. and cut them in half, then weld some half pipe on each end. Instal around the exaust with exaust clamps, and the car “appears” to have cats, so it will pass. 😃 ---

vband flanges with optional test pipe would be a good investment for inspections
