my buddy needs an inspection his horn dont work knowing him hes lazy so was gonna try and help see if anyone can pass a car without a horn he said everything esle is fine let me know please, this might be in the wrong section too sorry and move if it is

I’d be lost without a horn. Yelling at people who can’t hear you just doesn’t have the same effect.

I have Hella supertones on my wrx… they are mad loud
