I want to install 660CC injectors into my RB25 motor. Do I “Have” to get it tuned right away??? I have a greddy E-manage ultimate is there some sort of setting on it that I can change so that the car runs safely, until I can get the rest of my upgrades installed?? I will be getting it tuned properly once everything else is installed on the car?? I only need to drive it to a shop once they are installed!! Any input would be great! Thanks ---

If you’ve got emanage hooked up and shite, you can throw them in and correct for the larger injectors. Injectors only take like an hour or two to swap though, so imo the car will run a lot better if u just keep the stockers in there for now and then swap em later. ---

it took me an hour to swap my 850s into rb26, so i saw stick with driving with runnin car to the shop and do it there ---

p.s. emanage is a bitch when it comes to getting bigger injectors and running untunned, your call will stall and e/g will flood. so yea, just heads up. ---

I’m getting everything else that I don’t think I want to install myself done on the same weekend it is getting tuned. I just don’t want to pay for autodream to install the injectors too. Maybe I should install them at autodream, hopefully they won’t care lol! ---

cant you just change the lag time of your injectors in the e-manage??? RB25 injectors is more of a job than 26. RB26 is a 20 min job unless you have to bore the rail. ---

Yes, I have to remove the Intake plenum to get to the injectors. I’m not sure if the E-manage can change the lag time for the injectors or not??
