i think all u need is the HUD guage cluster and harness, when i took my HUD off it was hooked to the cluster.

ya but i mean do i have to do any cutting into the dash or anything or does it just sit on top?

oh yes!
forgot about that, if you allready have a HUD dash then it is plug and play, but if not then u need to cut a hole and get the little trim piece that goes over top the hole! other than that thats all u godda do.

well it doesnt really make a difference if it’s lhd does it? i can just take the peice out that i need and put it my car?

if you were to do that you should just buy the clusterwith HUD from ebay instead of wasting the whole dash in the process …

for example this one has the cluster and the hud sending unit for your dash
you will need one specifically for CA18 though

i got the HUD display thinggy but my cluster doesn’t work or it could be that both don’t work! but if you want to give it a shot u can have my HUD display gadget! haha

HUD usually craps out after a certain number of years. Mine is still working _Knock on wood_

same here …'knocks"
I had to replace it on the sil80 and I know of quite a few others that have crapped out as well
