# Installing the torsion bars for the rear trunk

Anyone here know how to get these bars in for a 98 240? I know they gotta cross and need to basically be torqued into place in order for the trunk lid to spring open, but i’m not sure where the bars hook in.

Wear did you get your torsion bar because I would like to get a better one for my trunk. So it would pop open when I push the trunk buttion.
