Its always been this case. You never had to be a citizen to get a DL. They are trying to change that. You can even get an international drivers license. One of these days I want to drive a Porsche on the autobhan.

lived there down that in a GTI and american ford escort (until i throw a rod). :crying: :crying:  
well i know of two states you get regular drivers license north carolina and clalifornia for ilegal imigrants

I heard in CA you dont even need a social security number to get a regular DL. I think all you need is a passport.

you just need a adress for booth states …no social security card passport just a address
