Hey everybody, I’ve got a question about insurance for a 1989 Nissan 240SX. To start things off, I am about to purchase a 180SX off of a member on this site (Irff…well, his older brother. lol) sooo I am trying to get some research done and set up the insurance and everything. First of all, I am just wondering if there are any ways to make my insurance as low as possible? Currently it is estimated to cost me $400/month. My insurance company (Co-Operators) told me it is because I only have my G2 (I’ve been a bit lazy to get my G. lol!) and plus I am still only 22 - though I am getting my G soon. So now I am wondering if I can emphasize on the fact that the car is an 1989 car to convince them to lower my insurance? Also, how much will my insurance go down by after I get my G…$50/month? so like $350/month? Anyways, sorry if my question is stupid. lol. Thanks in advance! 😃 ---

get your dam G, start calling other insurance companies for quotes, rates are different for everyone depending on their area and record, research!! and find other of the hundred thousand insurance threads on SON lol good luck. ---
