They sent NYS a bill for over 2 millions dollars for tolls on the Thruway which runs through their territory even though we have not yet charged them state sales tax :bloated: I was also in a construction meeting this morning and heard that they were interested in purchasing the toll booths coming down on the 190 to put up on their land. :lol: But my biggest personal concern is that they are building a sweet looking new golf course but I am really not all about paying them $ [http://download.gannett.edgesuite.net/wgrz/news/Hickory-Stick-Rendering.pdf](http://download.gannett.edgesuite.net/wgrz/news/Hickory-Stick-Rendering.pdf) ---

the whole thing is ghey. we scammed them out of their land fair and square. the whole reservation thing is a joke… they should be treated like any other american citizen. but then they would be a minority and probably have more rights than they have now, and we wouldnt want that. ---

:tup: to Spitzer for having the balls to enforce something THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN APPEALED AND LOST. Selling billions of dollars in gas and cigs to non-natives is illegal. They can sell all the tax free stuff they want to natives living on the rez, but when that stuff leaves the rez it’s subject to NYS taxes. It’s the same if you go to that “other” sovereign nation near by, Canada, and bought $2000 worth of stuff at Ikea. You can apply to get some of the Canadian tax back, since you don’t live there and you’re taking the items out of the country, but you still have to pay duty to NY and the US. And lol at them sending us a bill for the thruway. I hope Spitzer wipes his ass with it and sends it back to them. ---

try working for them… when the staff is super short on weekends cause half of them are natvie american holidays and any natvie employee gets the day off with pay and us other people get to work in super busy condition with half staff ---
