:tup: There are already lots of laws protecting kids from bad parents, this is just another one. If so many parents didn’t suck so much you wouldn’t need laws like this, but we know that’s not the case. ---

I would like to see people getting ticketed for throwing their butts out the window. ---

^ lol I’m guilty of throwing them out the window, but I try to hang my arm out the windows and drop it opposed to throwing it, so not to hit the person behind me. ---

[/quote] either way its polluting. if i was a cop i can honestly say that i’d pull people over and fine them for pollution for that cuz it bothers me that much ---

they’re bio-degradable but kevins right… it’s far from the worst thing on the side of our roads. And when I’m out of the car, 99% of the time I’ll just throw them out (after putting them out) or throw them in one area so I can pick them up later ---

Growing up with a chain-smoking dad (he actually doesn’t smoke anymore, good for him) I HATED going anywhere. I put up a fuss to roll my window down in the winter just to breathe, and the worst was when he flicked the ashes out the window, just to have it blow all over me in the back seat. ---

^ thats exactly how i was too, my dad smokes still, so whenever im in his truck for any reason i come out smelling like a ashtray, my little brothers all hate the smell of the smoke (plus both have asthma) so i just think it should be an outside thing, if you dont have passengers then fine, but with other people in the car i think it should restricted.
